Following the insulation and plastering work the painters and decorators,Danny Shaun and Chris came on site,the standard of there work was first class,during and after the work the communication was good,they left the site clean and tidy,very pleased.

Just had my solar panels fitted on behalf of WYGS by Graham and Joe (Ampserv Ltd). I’m really happy with the whole experience. All the equipment had to be taken through the house to access the back garden, but they weren’t fazed by this and did it with care, consideration and good humour. The solar panels were fitted in no time and Graham took time to help me download the app to my phone and explain how it worked, he also gave advice about how and when to use my appliances to get the most out of the solar power generated and reduce costs. Graham also rectified a couple of things done by another contractor which weren’t to his standards, which I am very grateful for. I would highly recommend Graham and Joe, they are a professional, friendly team, they left no mess, and it was a pleasure to have them in the house.

Good Afternoon
I would like to highly commend Chloe an advisor for WYGS who has acted above and beyond in Customer Service.
I have recently had Solar Panels installed and due to a new system I experienced constant delays which was to be expected however Chloe actively made efforts in reassurance and going out of her way ensuring these documents were sent for delivery. Chloe provided constant feedback explaining the situation and delivering over a period of time outstanding professionalism and customer service.
Chloe ensured the situation was dealt with within her boundaries delivering absolute outstanding customer service ensuring faith and is a true credit to WYGS.
I myself am trained in advanced customer service and rarely these days have I recognised an outstanding employee of a company.
I do hope her efforts are recognised as she's fronted WYGS to an exceptional status and these employees are hard to find.
