Ordered some light bulbs over a week ago royal mail 48,HR delivery. The following Thursday still not delivery, tracking not working so phoned to see where they are and told they don't know we will get some more out to you straight away, well it's now 4.40 Saturday and nothing.
They are probably waiting for them to come in from China which I could have done it myself if I wanted to wait over a week for them.
They are not the only ones these days there's more and more companies saying 24/48 hours delivery to get your order knowing full well your not going to receive your order in that time frame.
Now being Monday I find that they have just refunded the payment without getting InTouch first so they obviously lied when they said they were going to get some more out to me immediately and they are blaming technical problems plus they are not very happy giving them a bad review and that should tell you all you need to know about this company.
UPDATE ON THE REVIEW
Although I did give a negative review initially and received an handwritten letter explaining the situation plus my mind set at the time I have decided to change my review to a more positive one due to circumstances beyond back control.
No 5* because I feel they need to communicate more with the customer.
