A detailed interaction with Wil-lec from project concept through to commissioning. Installation team delivered a very neat installation and adapted to our home requirements. The commissioned system was handed over with clear instruction on how to operate. TIGO units were added to the solar panels that would suffer from sunshine clipping, ensuring no power drops across the total system.
Slight damaged to guttering during solar panel fit, Wil-lec struggled to source identical replacements and replaced the full back section at their cost.
Overall a great job performed in a timely manner.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Wil-lec for their excellent service yesterday, with a special thank you to the lady on reception (sorry I didn't get your name) I called with a overflowing tank at my parents house where my dad was having to climb into the attic daily to drain it. Originally we were given an appointment for Tuesday but then the lady called me and advised she was sending engineers today as it wasn't good for my dad to be doing that every day.
2 engineers turned up (again didnt get their names 🤦‍♀️), sourced the problem straight away and repaired it on the spot. Couldn't ask for a better service and will definitely be using them in future. Thank you again xx

So impressed. The knowlege and professionalism shown during the initial visit provided us with extensive information, a competitive quote and follow up emails answering my numerous questions were second to none. The team installing the system (although they looked so young- guess that's just showing my age!) were super efficient, polite and went above and beyond to explain what they were doing and took extreme care of my property.
I chose Wil-lec to install my solar because of the great reviews and I am delighted to find that all these reviews were well deserved.

After numerous calls to different numbers in my area for folks coming up as electricians I called, and actually got a prompt call-back, from Wil-Lec. I made several calls and either got no call back or was left feeling in the dark about arranging for a sparky to come and remove my EV charger from the old house. They were available with not too much lead time, came over exactly when arranged and did the job to a super high standard in good time. I was genuinely very impressed and satisfied with the service and end job. The no nonsense straightforward price quoted was what I was charged and there were no surprises. I high highly recommend Wil-Lec for any electrics jobs.

Had a plug socket put in recently the young men josh and his apprentice ,sorry I forget his name were great very polite and professional and had total respect for us and our property .
