Had new wood burning stove installed and the old one removed. Everything was very efficient from start (site survey) to finish (clearing away and testing new fire), any issue was resolved and sorted. I can sincerely recommend Clarkes of Lincolnshire Ltd if you are looking to have a log burner installed in your home. From the advice given by Karen to the help of Rebecca we met Bob Clarke at our home for a survey.
He helped us choose the fire surround to match our lounge and compliment the burner we had chosen.
The removal of the old fire and installation of the new fire surround and burner went very well with minimal disruption thanks to the hard work from Bob and Pete.

I cannot recommend Clarke’s of Lincolnshire enough. We very recently bought an old Victorian property and it had not been cared for at all. The chimney was in terrible disrepair, the log burner had been badly installed and was not in a usable condition. Bobby came round and instantly put our minds at ease. It’s been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Bobby kept us updated with each step of the work, throughout the entire process. Extremely knowledgeable, brilliant at what he does and great advice. His team are also just as wonderful, Sue was friendly, helpful and easy to speak to at the show room, making the arrangements. Pete and Joe are brilliant. Extremely professional, friendly and efficient, you couldn’t ask for a nicer team. Even the kids loved chatting away to them. We now have the most beautiful log burner crackling away and no longer have to worry about water getting in. Thank you to you all.

When we decided to install a new log/coal burner in our work place. We looked around and we were drawn to Clarke of Lincolnshire after reading the reviews. From the first encounter and throughout the installation, Bob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping us fine the right fireplace. The quality of the workmanship from Bob and Pete was first class. Nothing seemed to be too much bother and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. The friendly, personal approach from Bob ensured everything was photographed and explained at each step and his choice of quality products ensured that we had exactly what we wanted. Time did not seem to be an issue and the stove was lit at the end of the day with explanations of the best was to light it and how get the best out of it.
