I had a survey completed by this company and that was great! Very informative and one of the cheaper quotes I received. 5 stars for that and the fact that everyone is spoke to was friendly and helpful.

When it came to getting a quote for removal I lost all trust in the company.

Firstly, I was told that electrics would need to be isolated at a cost of around £300. A family member is an electrician and he has said how ridiculous that is considering turning electrics off at the fuse board (and putting a lock over the switch, if necessary) would do the exact same thing.

I then had quotes for the work from 2 other companies, both coming in around half the price I was quoted with ID Asbestos. Between this and the issues with electrics I lost trust so went elsewhere.

I'm not trying to slate the company at all. Victoria has been great in all forms of contact, the site staff were brilliant. Cannot fault their expertise or professionalism at all. Just wanting to share my personal experience.

Contacted IDA as know them to be professional and reliable having used them before while working with the Council. Found customer service to be perfect. Operatives arrived on site as agreed and completed the removal of asbestos Guttering promptly and professionally. Will recommend and use their services again.

Right from my very first contact with ID Asbestos I found it to be a very positive experience.
All of the staff that I dealt from the Office manager (Victoria)to the on site surveyor (Roy) and Dan who completed the on site work.

They were all very professional,efficient and friendly.Everything was so well coordinated and carried out very effectively and with little disturbance.

All in all a great customer focused service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company based on my experience.

I contacted ID Asbestos Ltd over the weekend via their online contact form, asking for a quote for two asbestos tanks to be removed. Victoria came back to me first thing Monday morning with a quote and the process on how they work. All my contact with Victoria via email and telephone was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We scheduled a convenient day and time for them to attend on the Wednesday morning and everything was dealt with as promised. Really pleased with the level of service received.
