Julian has been excellent. Professional yet friendly. He managed to squeeze a visit in the same day I telephoned him due to another customer in my area. I felt his fee of £70 for EPC on my terraced house in Gt Yarmouth was fair. He waited patiently whilst I sought a letter from my builder for proof of insulation in an inaccessible space and within hours of me emailing it to him, I had my completed EPC emailed back to me. I would absolutely recommend.
