There are few occasions I've ever felt compelled to leave a review in my life. So, when I do, it's my heartfelt and honest opinion.

I first met Lewis Bevan back in 2015, when purchasing a new bike. Where I was impressed by his level of customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and where nothing was too much trouble. Which is why I've always returned.

During my latest bike purchase, the customer service just gets better and better. For example, what other company would reply to a query on a Sunday, at 22:00? Just one example of why I'm so impressed.

In my opinion EC Cycles is the epitome of everything a local bike shop should be. Which is why I've never hesitated over the years to recommend it to family, friends and colleagues alike. Who have always been more than happy with their bike purchases, services, upgrades, advice, etc.

In a time where money is tight and everything is more expensive than it was, people turn to the Internet to save a few pounds. However, when you need help, you can't turn to it to fix a problem. So, unless people support their local bike shops, they won't survive.

I personally look at every pound I spend in the shop, as an ongoing investment in my continued enjoyment of the sport.

So, I'd just like to say well done and thank you to Lewis and all the team at EC Cycles, keep up the exceptional work guys!

Recently had innertubes removed now tubeless great job, also went back this week as i had annoying issue with dropper post which was promptly fixed next day and explained to me the reason it was playing up. I've recommended this place to the guys I cycle with and we'll be going here in future. Staff where knowledgeable highly recommended

Fixed noisy crank, replaced rear hub and service, rides fantastic again now , also replaced grips in store with dmr death grips, which are amazing, great service, great communication and not a bad price for all works

The team at EC. Cycles are really helpful and replaced my tubeless tyres over for me in an hour. They Cleaned replaced the inner valves and had my bike ready for me when I returned! I wish I had a bike shop like this near where we live!

Really helpful and genuine guys in the shop. My son busted his brake up Bike Park Wales, I called them for help and dropped it off last thing that day and first thing in the next morning they had it ready for action. I also hired a full sus bike from them which was perfect for BPW. Highly recommended
