Ugliest thing I’ve ever seen.
Are these people for real? My kitchen looks like an industrial warehouse from the 1800’s ! If I saw this picture as an advert for their ‘completed work’ - I would absolutely not have spent £4k for this installation. Unbelievable. not to mention the shoddy welding effort and leaving rubbish and some of their tools at the house( !!!)
It also was so misleading on the website, this was a backboiler removal, they didn’t even remove the back boiler!
The cherry on top is they don’t even have a help line for when there’s a fault!!!! Boilers been installed one week and already has fault 227 showing. When I call up… I have to fill out a form and wait god knows how long for a call back? So unprofessional would not recommend and would love some compensation and for the cowboys that fit it to come back and take away their rubbish!!!! truly unbelievable. Will be sat twiddling my thumbs until I get a call back… I’m sure ill be frozen solid by then

Excellent experience with Boiler Central. Excellent website, I got a few quotes through their Websites for a new boiler, and then received a call from Luke, we discussed my needs, and still wasn't sure, so after a few phone calls back and forth, I decided on the Viessmann 100-W 35kW boiler. Luke was brilliant, and didn't mind all the phone calls, giving me time to make my decision, I finally placed my order just before 5pm the same day, and the engineer was booked for Wednesday the 16th of October, the engineer was on time, and done a great job, he explained all the controls of the new boiler, and the Hive thermostat. I would highly recommend Boiler Central

First gas service with Boiler Central. Since joining, we were kepted up to date with what was happening by text. We had a courtesy call by the engineer before he arrived. He was very polite and completed the service and left us with the paperwork. Very impressed from start to finish.

We were very pleased with the service we received from boiler central. The engineer was very friendly and professional and clearly knowledgeable about our boiler. Up to the engineer arriving we were given regular updates both prior to and during the day of the service. It was also very easy to book a service date and time online.

Was looking for a quick turnaround boiler at a competitive price and this fitted the bill! Sure enough the boiler was delivered the next day, soon after the fitter arrived and did a great job. Would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely shocking company!! DO NOT USE THEM, I promise you will regret it! My boiler didn’t even fire up when it was fitted. After an hour of the engineer trying to contact them while he was here and constantly getting hung up on I decided to call through to the sales team, coincidentally they answered straight away! I was then told I would need to contact the manufacturer as the boiler was under warranty. After asking why I should need a warranty on the first day of having the boiler installed when it’s not even been turned on I was informed as soon as that boiler comes into my house it becomes mine whether it works or not! I told them they couldn’t leave me without heating or hot water as I had 4 small children in the house and it was the day before Christmas Eve so it needed sorting I was told it was down to the manufacturer and when they could come out, boiler central could not have been less interested. The engineer then found it to be a dodgy cable inside the boiler and was guaranteed the manufacturer would come back to replace it the day after as they knew what needed changing… I am still waiting for this to be replaced! I have spoke to numerous people at boiler central and each time I’m told they’ll follow it up and get back to me but no one does. Absolutely disgraceful company. For your own sake and your own sanity use another company.

This company is off the scale for poor service I have waited in at least 5 times and they just don't turn up. No one phones and when you call they make excuses apologise and set another date and the installer doesn't turn up again.
If I was elderly or infirm in any way and my boiler was faulty or not working who knows what the outcome could be for the victim of their service or lack of it.
The problem with this company it relies too much in the competence of the installer if they can't or don't want to do the job they just walk off without telling you and no one explains why.

Worst installation service and post sales support I can imagine. They kept asking us to pay the service in advance for the engineer to come and fix a problem (that they caused during installation) but the engineer never showed up and we never got a refund. Customer support does not respond, we are struggling with them for months. Quick to sell and take your money but will never hear from them if you have any issue (or if they caused any issue)
