WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!
Really awful experience with these. I ordered an emergency delivery that I have paid £80 for. It wasn’t delivered on the day it was supposed to of been and when I called they said it will definitely be the next day. Well it never turned up - I even rang them and they said it will definitely be today. Still never came.
Rang them at 5:45 a man answered as soon as I started saying my oil isn’t here he hung up and won’t answer again. Such an awful experience with them.

I have used Prince Petroleum Ltd twice now, first time during Covid lockdown and experiencing difficulty getting heating oil. The customer service has been outstanding, a lady called Megan who took my order and the lovely gentlemen that delivered the oil were a pleasure to deal with.
Both orders were quick and very competitive in price and delivered promptly, I have recommended to neighbours who have also received the same excellent service. Keep up the great work folks it’s restored my faith in the lack of decent customer service found in many places today.
