I recently had the pleasure of working with IVE Solutions to replace a Combi boiler in my property, and I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service and expertise provided. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional.

Excellent and professional service from start to finish. Experienced engineer Slav installed our new boiler on the day and time agreed. He balanced our radiators and gave us useful information going forward. We were highly impressed by his focus and professionalism.

Punctual, friendly, tidy and clean after him, and above all, knowledgeable and very professional.
The gentleman came at the expected time of the appointment and on time, not late! He knew exactly what he needed it to do, (not like other so called professionals who call their mates for advice to ask about things) he was very professional, and he went out of his way to make sure we were more than happy.
We had a Viessmann Vitodens 100 W boiler fitted by this gentleman on 03/11/2023, he took the old tired boiler that didn't work of the wall, and he then prepared things for the new boiler, and although it only suppose to be a replacement of the new one with the old one in the same place, me and my Mrs we changed our mind and ask to see if we can change the location of the new boiler, and even though it wasn't part of the deal, the gentleman moved the boiler on a different wall for us, redirecting all the pipes and drilling new flewpipe hole for the new boiler, at no extra charge and without hesitation, and no excuses that, he can't do it " or, is not part of the deal, etc.. but instead he just said, yes,of course I can do it" Another extra wonderful job that he's done for us, was the power flushing of the system ( because part of the deal was only the replacement of the old for new boiler), new filter, new lime filter, and new water descaler treatment, but no power flushing, but still..he went out of his way, and he went to the the van he brought the big flushing machine with magnetising Adey filters, and he cleaned the muck out of all the radiators in the house, so, a big big thanks to this gentleman for all the extra things that he has done for us. Now we have a nice warm house, much warmer, thanks to the clean radiators, new installed boiler, in a new location with allot more space available thanks to him moving the boiler on a different location, at no extra charge, and on top of it all, everything looks properly and professionally done, and everything works as it should be. Beautiful!👍

I RECOMMEND THIS GENTLEMEN VEACESLAV TO ANYONE THAT IS INTERESTED IN A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER THAT IT CAN DO A PROPER PROFESSIONAL JOB.

P.S. also forgot to add at the top, before he left he advised us and gave us all the necessary information, and anything that we need to know about the boiler, and even though we ran out of questions, at the end, before he left, he asked us again, if is anything that we needed to know, or if is anything else that he can do for us..?" So, if you need to ask, or need know anything, don't be afraid to ask him, from what we've seen he is well prepared, and I'm sure he will be able to answer all your questions too.

Slav was brilliant I messaged him late at night asking for a quote for 3 new radiators fitted he was able to respond within minutes and supply a quote. He was then able to come out Frist thing Sunday morning and complete the job to a very high standard he was polite and kept a clean and tidy workstation and took the time to explain further energy savings. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I will be coming back for my boiler service.

What can I say gentleman called Veace Slav and his friend put our boiler in very explanatory about everything he did. Very tidy absolute gems both of them oh and heating is fantastic thank you so much both of you.
I would definitely recommend these guys and the company for a swift process and clean job.
