What a great place to visit before making a decision. Their first floor display is impressive but the friendliness of the staff( male and female) are exemplary. Their knowlege and helpful attitude makes the decision making a pleasure.

Well my elderly mother bath overflow has started leaking !.Needs a new washer easy fix. Not so - no one sells washers.
Been to all the useless quick places such as Screwfix etc all unhelpful no knowledge places full of cheap stuff. Luckily for me I was pointed to this place.
Got the required washer. Very helpful a service that unfortunately not seen now days.

It will be my first stop now for all my plumbing needs.
