Tipping here is a bit of a nightmare, access to the site is difficult and the road is surprisingly busy!
However, the yard is very well run, the staff are friendly and helpful.

However your customer service is excellent!
Polite, friendly, accommodating and prepared to listen to what you have to say help full and quite happy to follow up on my damp problem.

I contacted Safeguard with a question about what product would be most suitable for a job I was planning. I'm a DIY'er and not a tradesman. First class service.
I bought some waterproofing slurry for my basement item is Vandex BB75, Vandex Rapid S and Vandex Plug.
The Vandex BB75 did the job, I have not used the Vandex plug yet and finally the Vandex Rapid S. I made some enquiry about the shelf life is 12 months and the dates printed on the packages, they were great to inform me that the said product was out of date (shelf Life). I was very grateful that they refunded me for my loss.

Ordered a tin of fencing cream from Amazon, which arrived damaged, contacted safeguard about it, and they replaced the tin which arrived the next day !! Fabulous service ✅

Had a problem with the carrier who damaged one the box's and didn't deliver the 2nd package. Second attempt at a delivery was then lost . Safeguard however dealt with the problem in exemplary fashion. They kept my informed of the problem via telephone and email with the help of Elisa Defeo of the technical sales team. She sorted everything out and after I finally received my package after the third attempt. Safeguard refunded in full the cost of the products as courtesy for my inconvenience.

Would definitely recommend Safeguard Europe Ltd. 🙂
