I have previously left a 5 star review for this company due to their service but NEVER AGAIN. I am absolutely disgusted with them after today. I put myself out trying to reschedule a busy day off, to try and save them money and help them plan a more efficient route. I wish I'd never bothered. I've ended up wasting a whole day off and been treated like dirt. All I was trying to do was buy my oil, help the company and make the drivers job as easy as possible. All the other drivers they've sent have been great but because of this ones appalling customer service, and the appalling attitude from the previously helpful office staff - who I'd rung to just have a quiet word with the driver! - I CANNOT EVER now recommend them.
How hard is it for a driver to comprehend "give me 5 minutes, I need to get my glasses then I can show you where you need to be"? This deteriorated into a rant on him needing to get on as he was blocking the road (no he wasn't, and if it were the case I'd never be able to have an oil delivery from anyone).... He ended up driving off with my paid for fuel and the office staff clearly listened to their ignorant driver rather than a loyal paying customer!
This company need to remember that without customers they have no business.
I hope they refund my money quickly as I've had to order my fuel from another company now, which means another day's holiday wasted, but I'd really rather give my hard earned money to decent people who care about their customers and give good service, who deserve the business!
All round a Horrible day because of unhelpful and ignorant staff who don't listen to a customer who is trying to help.

I have Downgraded my Previous Five star Review to the lowest possible after my treatment today. I am absolutely disgusted with both the office staff and driver and can NEVER now recommend them. If they treat their customers like this they do not deserve to be in business.

Well, having realised last minute that we where in desperate need of some oil, when I spoke to Kerry and Amanda in the office they couldn’t do enough to try and help and managed to organise for a delivery the following day saving me a huge amount money if I’d used the supplier that I’d normally use. Whom where going to charge a much higher price due to the urgency. When I called to clarify the delivery time the ladies where able to tell me the exact location of the driver. Then when Ian the driver arrived he was very great and everything went very smoothly. Can’t thank Lincolnshire Fuels but more importantly the staff named for there help and great service. Will definitely be using you again in the future.

I am a new user of central heating oil and the 3 deliveries I have had so far have all gone well without a hitch. I have just phoned up and paid for the fuel arranged a delivery date and the drivers have been very prompt and delivered the oil. Here looking further to future deliveries in the new year. Merry Christmas

Ordered fuel through Boilerjuice. they called to deliver 4 days early and as i wasn't there i had a neighbour open my security gates for the day and cut the padlock off the tank as i wasn't there. They didn't failed to deliver. Then arranged for delivery when i returned so left security gates open, later received a call from the driver saying he'd arrived but had broken his ladder and couldn't use mine which had been left out for him as it the tank filler was 8' so he left. I rang the office and they were not interested and said they would try again the next day(last day) or would cancel the deliver. I will ensure that they don't darken my doorstep again! Awful service and attitude. Currently looking to see if they are ISO9001.

We called up on the Friday, for the oil to be delivered on the Monday, we phoned up Monday morning to find out that the lady didn't even write it down for Monday! Ridiculous. If we didn't phone up we wouldve been waiting for nothing. They offered to bring 200 litres one day and the rest another day. Unfortunatley very disatisfied!!
