Overcharged four fold and no apologies when this was brought to their attention, clinical bins not collected and they lied about it when we contacted them and pretended to have tried calling our practice severally to say needed to reschedule but never left messages on answer phone. SRCL forcefully rolled over contract at end of fixed term, refused us cancelling contract towards end of fixed contract and claims not given 3 months notice(how low can any firm descend). Wanted us to buy out of the contract by paying them about £600 even though their services have been most appalling.Very poor customer service, staff not trained to properly handle complaints, felt bullied and belittled by so called manager. Strongly advise any one against signing new contract with SRCL as not customer friendly and can not be trusted not to try overcharging above fixed fee, constantly have to watch you bills with them. Once in you might be unable to get out of the contract with them so best avoid getting into contract with SRCL.
