Excellent service called then about a product on there website to check it was in stock. They found out it was no longer made and replaced with a similar product but it was not in stock. They ordered it and arrived next day before noon. They were so helpful will defiantly use them again.

Ben and the team managed to get our bathroom suite at a good price and offered their own expert opinions too with regards to price matching and quality of goods. They stored it all and delivered for when we required without fee. Great service from the team especially Ben who we dealt with personally and I would highly recommend H Lilley for your bathroom needs.

Called to enquire about a plumbing part and was told they 'definitely' had it. Drove quite a distance to get to them only to be told they didn't have the part after all. I hope this a one-off on their part, but i certainly can't recommend them.
