From the very first visit to the completion of the double glazing & conservatory these guys were excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable & professional in their approach. Joel was helpful & accommodating to our requests from the outset. The fitters, Dale & Peter, were everything you want tradesmen to be when in your home. My google review comes under my business name but I wanted to review Joel's window company to say how helpful he has been to me over the years. My flat has a very non-standard shaped window and he helped us 'limp on' for a number of years until the whole unit was replaced. It was a bespoke design and the window is massive, but I felt the cost was reasonable and the workmanship very good. At all times I was kept in the loop with regards to timings etc. I am happy to recommend Energy Rated Windows Ltd. Thank you Joel and the team.

All in all, a pleasure to talk to and great fitting work. Joel is very easy to talk to, professional, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help. Dale and Pete the fitters are great guys and take pride in what they do. Have had new windows and doors fitted as well as having a patterned piece of glass remade. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be doing more business with Joel and team.

Energy Rated Windows have just completed an excellent and faultless installation of 16 vertical sliding sash secondary glazing windows in a variety of 4mm toughened, 6mm toughened & 6.8mm acoustic laminated toughened glass to suit the individual needs of the various rooms in our Grade II* listed home. This has been done in accordance with English Heritage guidelines for historic buildings and to meet the specifications for approval (of both product and installation company) by The Royal Borough of Greenwich Planning Department’s historical buildings section.

• Energy Rated Window’s time keeping cannot be faulted.
• Energy Rated Windows always turned up on the day and at the time they said they would.
• Energy Rated Windows quoted promptly (and in our case, many times while we were deciding what we needed).
