Jag hade bokat en invändig och utvändig tvätt kl. 09.00. När jag anlände för att lämna bilen fick jag veta att arbetet inte skulle påbörjas förrän efter lunch, vilket skapade problem med dagens planering. Efter en diskussion med personalen kom vi överens om att de skulle börja tvätta bilen före lunch.

Biltvätten ligger på plan -2 i ett garage, en plats där man inte gärna stannar kvar längre än nödvändigt.

Kortterminalen fungerade inte vid betalningstillfället, så jag fick betala via Swish. Jag ombads att få ett kvitto skickat till min e-post, men trots påminnelse har jag ännu inte mottagit något kvitto.

Själva tvättningen av bilen utfördes väl, men allt runtomkring kändes oprofessionellt.

Jag bokade "Invändig rekond + klädseltvätt Från.2895:-". Jag noterade att priset var "från" och villkoret var "OBS! Priset gäller fordon upp till med familj bilar såsom Volvo V90 och VW passat. För större bilar som SUV och MPV sker pristillägg på plats."
När jag kom dit med min V70 sa dom att priset bara gällde för små bilar om golf. För min V70 ville dom ha 2895kr+1500kr.

Kan varmt rekommendera deras lack försegling. Har man väl lärt känna deras personal så vill man inte sluta att gå/åka dit med bilen ,det blir bara helt naturligt bra lite extra extra utöver det vanliga

Tvättar bilen här alltid för att det är handtvättat och noggrant utfört. Bra service och trevlig personal. Förvarar även mina däck här så jag kan ta bilvård samtidigt som man byter däck. Lite finare restaurang också på ovansidan där man kan äta god lunch när man väntar. Rekommenderas varmt!
