I visited the Museum, it was well laid out with lots of interactive exhibits giving all the history of the site.
You have access to one part of the track.
I was fortunate that several cars old and new were going round.
I spent 3hrs and really enjoyed it.
You don't have to be a F1 fan to enjoy the museum.

Attended the Museum on the Saturday and Japfest on the Sunday, the museum was incredibly informative with information on the history of the track, how cars work, current cars and bikes, older vehicles and also has some fun interactive aspects, and a video compilation of famous races at the end. Japfest was also wonderful, a huge collection of Japanese cars, where you can display your car, or simply attend on foot, with plenty of stalls for apparel and car parts, along with food stands, and if you're so inclined you can also take your car onto the track to race other attendees. Both were a great experience and would recommend for car enthusiasts

What a great day out. Staff that looked after us during our experience day were great, particular shout out to Oscar and Erica. Instructors also great and cars, well, nothing left to be said other than look forward to being able to own the car I drove. Big shout out to Porsche for allowing my 21 year old son to drive the cars. He loved the 911 gts.

Long time since I was last here and have to say plenty going on!....Visited for Japfast25 and enjoyed it....nice to see cars on track and plenty food/drink/ merchandise stalls ( if a little pricy)...will certainly go again in future!

They just need to think about the spectators more and it would be perfect. Half of the toilets were closed and we had to walk miles to get anywhere rather than being allowed to go the shorter routes.

Our stay at the Silverstone Escapade Hotel was nice but had disappointing moments.
The reception staff are fabulous.
Our room was initially lovely until we noticed a lot of dust that hadn't been cleaned for a long time, mainly in the bedroom. Room amenities are very good except no glasses for water or wine.
Plenty of large lovely fluffy towels.
Breakfast in the restaurant was also very good and just a two minutes walk from our room.
Amazing views of the track from the huge restaurant terrace.
We'll definitely stay again.

Went to show our car at Japfest. Was told of roadworks so got there by 6.30 am. Went to our stand after waiting for about 15 mins. Well organised. Bit of advice, if you can take your own food and drink, it’ll save you a lump of money and a lot of time. Also comfortable shoes are a must as you’ll walk miles (although there is now a land train to help those with young kids and mobility limited people)
