I recently had solar panels installed on my house, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Daryl ; the sales representative was brilliant. He explained in detail the whole process and then answered all our queries and questions. Defiantly a credit to the team.The installation team was incredibly efficient, completing the entire process in just one day without any disruption to my daily routine. The panels are sleek and integrated seamlessly with the roof, adding a modern touch to the exterior. Cant wait to notice a significant reduction in my electricity bills, and it's satisfying to know I'm contributing to a greener environment. The monitoring app is intuitive, providing real-time updates on energy production, which makes it easy to see the immediate benefits. Overall, I'm thrilled with the decision to go solar—it’s a smart investment that offers both financial savings and environmental benefits. We are very satisfied with the services provided by Nationwide Renewables. Their Sales representative Johnny took all the time necessary to explain and provide all the information needed to determine what setup would best fit our needs and budget. The installation date was agreed within a week, and our panels were fitted within a month time. Everything went very smoothly, and we were kept informed regularly of the progress by our allocated Project Manager Kaiser, and Admin Assistant Francesca.
We have been using our panels for over 2 months now and definitely see a benefit. We will see how things go in the future, but so far so good. Highly recommended.

My panels looked great today. This August my panels have took the bills below £10. Absolutely buzzing. Before solar I had bills around £300 and now I can’t believe it. When the assessor Max came round I couldn’t believe that we could have solar after been told we couldn’t have it by 2 other companies. And we were really worried about the visual aspect to the house as it’s an extremely large property. So to our surprise we maximised the space in our garden and it looks brilliant. We did have an accident recently and a neighbours ball broke one of the panels but the installation teams were speedy under my warranties to come out and replace the on panel. Very quick, efficient and no mess , so I can carry on my production. In comparison to our other quotes this beat them by far and customer service has been good in looking after us on a big job. Would recommend

The installation team that came out did a fabulous job. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything working.
Up until the last couple of days when I have been speaking to Emily, a Customer Success Manager, the experience regarding communication from the company was very poor to say the least.
I had contacted Nationwide Renewables approximately 3 months ago regading an issue with the connection between the dongle and the router.
We had changed ISP and so the dongle was no longer connected, So we were unale to get any data on the app. I explained the same issue to several people over that 3 months and 1 person was so busy telling me his problems at work he decided that my issue was not anything he could help with.
Coming back to today. I spoke to Emily, advised her of the issue. She advised of her plan to resolve the issue and then approximately 10 minutes later gave me a phone number for Solis who would talk me through the process. I contacted Solis and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and went through the whole process with me until everything was working.
Again I would like to thank Emily so much for her help in resolving this issue.
I do have to ask though why so many others were unable/unwilling to help resolve this over the previous 3 months.

The solar panels look absolutely beautiful on my home. Well installed and felt so comfortable throughout process being looked after. Since had a visit from Priya and I upgraded to a battery. Great deal from them I have panels and battery storage with a great company saving money and they have my lovely beaded artwork. Great trade!

I've had one of the best experiences with this company.
From the beginning conversation discussing my different options I've felt very welcome. It's not something for me to have installed yet but when I will be doing in a few years I know which company I'll be calling.
I've had plenty of information from the sales team and always had pleasant conversations with the ladies on the phone when I call up to ask more questions.

We have tried for years to get free solar to no avail and finally came across Nationwide renewables within 3 days Danielle had been to survey for 4 panels,inverter and Nest thermostat.Q cell are new tech and provide all the leccy we would need the excess is sold back to the grid.Needless to say we would have a dam sight cheaper bill we both couldn't believe.We would be saving £68 ish per month,it was a no brainer.Danielle and Priya are a credit to the company. ..we are kept in the loop and they couldn't help enough, Danielle even gave a lift so we could go and pick up the deposit.Overall it has been handled professionally and I see no problems.Priya took over as the project manager so we are still in good hands.
