Absolutely incompetent company. They cannot even install the correct heaters required. Communication is zero,calls are never returned no matter how many times issues are raised. Customer care is none exsistant. They are great at selling/persuading you to have products installed and supplied by them but are not interested once agreed and job has been carried out.
Fitted 86 incorrect storage heaters on our estate 3 months ago (November 2024) which now have to be removed and replaced by the correct ones.
This was done under the government's new Eco programme.
Not once in all the months prior to the job being started did anyone realise heaters ordered to be fitted did not comply with the correct specifications of the scheme. Also the wrong thickness of loft insulation was installed, which now also has to be topped up!!!!!
What a absolute waste of money, again due to incompetent people. The compensation being offered to tennants is an absolute joke too. Won't even cover a week's cost of electric let alone all the stress and inconvenience caused to the occupants of the properties who now have to go through it all over again.
So if you are considering using this company to carry out any jobs on any scale then think long and hard. Personally the recommendation from all of us is to avoid at all costs, find a company that actually know what they are doing, what is required to do whatever job you need doing correctly and give excellent ongoing customer care not just at the selling point either.
Be warned and use them at your own peril.
