I purchased por15 rust kit on their advice but I then found out from them I did not need some of the product. Returning the product and getting a refund was awful, I had to keep on having to email them to find out what had happened. There was no customer service at all with this issue even though it was their fault for overselling the product. Not a great company to deal with. I will use another product from a different company in the future.

Don't take too much notice of the negative reviews; I have been buying restoration products from FROST for years and have never had a problem with them. I was pleased when they moved from Rochdale as they are now only half an hours drive away. I would recommend their nylon engine cleaning brush set; I am on my second set as they are great for all sorts of classic car cleaning tasks. I have also used liquid plastic soft to change the interior upholstery colour of my Jag from cream to navy blue. Carry on the good work.
