Ben went above and beyond to ensure the system was running perfectly and took the time to make sure I fully understood how everything operated. He also proactively identified any issues for other contractors to address, making the whole process seamless.

Cannot fault the amazing service we had from Alto Energy. Scott the Technical Engineer went out of the way to help prior to the Engineers visit and also arranged a call out to us very speedily.
Gary the Engineer was also faultless; it makes a refreshing change to have a company out with Engineers who actually know what they are doing. He spent over two hours putting the system right and ensuring it was all running smoothly and to its most efficient; it is the quietest the boiler has been for a long time! Absolutely rubbish
Didn't fix the heat pumps took the money.
This company leaves you without hot water or heating for over 1 month.
I ordered a part took my money they Didn't send the part.

Is been hard work dealing with alto energy.

Whole process was very smooth from start to finish and they kept us updated throughout.
The installation was completed with very minimal disruption.
The 2 installers Joe and Charlie were great and completed a very professional installation.
Mark came to commission the unit and was excellent In explaining how the new system operated and how we should use it.
Would recommend them to anyone thinking of upgrading.

We purchased our current property in December 2023 and which the previous owner had installed a GSHP, to be honest we have very little knowledge of how these actually worked. For the first 10 months everything worked fine before one morning we woke up to find the boiler had tripped out. Despite ringing around various local companies we were unable to source a reliable competent company, until we engaged with Alto Energy. From the off the Team was excellent, a big shout out to Zak who was very knowledgeable and helped throughout, trying to remotely fix the issues to the site engineer who attended to fix the problem. As an overall these guys went the “extra mile”, and we would no problem recommending Alto Energy.
