I bought their expensive acoustic underlay (quietfloor plus).
It was installed professionally using the sealent and tape I also bought from them. It made ZERO difference to the noise problem.
Now I am trying to get in touch with them. They are not replying to my emails. Not returning my messages. The person in charge, Peter is just ignoring me.
It is unfortunate enough that I have paid thousands of pounds for a product that doesn’t work. Why the bad customer service on top?

We received faulty products which were not suitable for the purpose for which they were bought. The boards were not flat and unusable. The company almost never replied - for example saying they would call back within 30 minutes, and never calling back, despite multiple chase-emails. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, wish I'd never used them - created huge delays and extra costs on our project.

Legitimate 1 star, as there is no positive aspect of the experience I can list. I ordered an acoustic vent and it arrived in a mostly demolished box. The product had no instructions, and not enough screws to even attach it to a wall. Most distressing, the product cost £85 for nothing more than a thin plastic tube with a small amount of foam inside!! I complained about the lack of screws and instructions and was told I could return the product, but that they would keep 25% of the product's value as an "admin fee". Complete scam and would truly advise looking elsewhere.

The delivery system is only set up for commercial or building sites. My delivery was made on a pallet which was left unwrapped on the footpath. When my second delivery of plasterboard arrived the driver asked for assistance to unload, I'm in my mid seventies with back problems, there was no one else in so he drove off. I now have to arrange for a local builders merchant to supply these boards and get a refund from Sound Services, their only response was to read there terms and conditions. I have now found that there are plenty of alternative firms on the web.
