We have just had an air source heat pump installed by Blue Flame who are part of Gasway and the whole installation was undertaken to.a very high standard with no mess and minimal disruption. The team were so respectful of our property and kept us informed throughout the process from design to completion.

I waited all day for my Annual gas safety inspection yesterday the 27th of August 2024 they never turned up or informed that they wouldn't be coming I waited till 6.00 o'clock, when I rang up this morning 28th they made some excuses that ran out of time yesterday, this is not good enough the engineers should have let me know they couldn't make it I waited all day indoors for nothing I'm not happy asked to speak to the manager several times today but keep getting excuses why I can't speak to him. To be honest there a weak company I've had a gas leak before because the boiler is so old my heating and water system has gone wrong a few times over the last couple of years I worry about the old boiler especially as I have a child a gas leak is not good 😐

Blue flame installed a hybrid ASHP system for my house in Suffolk. The quality of the installation is high. All pipe work perfectly soldered, well planned and thought out. From the first contact to final commissioning everyone I have had contact with at blue flame have been knowledgeable, helpful, polite, skilled and patient. They had no issues working alongside the separate plumber who installed the underfloor heating, radiators and DHW system, communicating well to ensure the system as a whole worked well. The company has excellent leadership which is reflected in all staff I dealt with. Excellent all round. Will use again.

I had Louie out to fix a two year long problem with an air source heat pump. He was super thorough.. fixed the issue. Left no stone unturned. Would highly recommend him/blue flame to anyone.

We had a new oil boiler, cylinder & replacement of all radiators & associated work carried out by this company. Although there were minor challenges during the work, we are extremely pleased that we used Blue Flame. We had a named director who priced the work & arranged all engineers, with excellent communication throughout the process. Very good value when you take the entire process & customer after care into consideration. We would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Flame.

We had a boiler installed by this company 5 months ago and were very impressed by the professionalism of the company. We have recently had a problem with the programmer and the company responded very quickly and did everything they could to deal with this. All our dealings with Blue Flame have been first class and we cannot speak highly enough of all the staff. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
