Here at Wild Oak Woods Eco-campsite I have a solar thermal system which Cool and Easy look after. I find them great to work with, the admin staff are proficient and proactive and the maintenance staff are competent and friendly and always get the job done, even if the system throws them a curve ball. All in all one of the best companies I've worked with in Dumfries and Galloway.

Cool n Easy fitted our Grant air-source heat pump and underfloor heating system which connects to our solar panel and battery storage system.
We received great service from Brad and his team, which involved replacing existing equipment and connecting up the air-source system to an existing system as well as the new build underfloor system.

Had my ASHP and Radiators upgraded by Cool & Easy. Engineers were prompt, efficient and clean. Kept me well updated of the job at the end of each day. If they found an issue it was well explained with a solution to the problem.

They were one of three quotes I had and they beat the big suppliers, they are local and more importantly friendly to your budget. If it doesn’t need upgrading, they won’t try and upsell you.

They have been back a number of times to service my pump and carried out a few other plumbing jobs during the visits. Couldn’t recommend them more highly for any of their renewables work.

Cool&Easy upgraded and improved our radiator provision from the heat exchanger, all done very tidily with good communication. Since then they have provided servicing (which seems expensive) but I am delighted with the new provision and have always found them very helpful.
