AVOID!!

Terrible experience dealing with this company from start to finish. Ordered a battery storage system for existing solar panels in September 22. Installation was supposed to be Oct/Nov. Only installed in February, after requesting a full refund. Installation is still not complete, there are live wires exposed and no dongle installed so can’t actually see what the system is doing. Getting a response to emails/calls is near on impossible. Even when we had 2nd opinion survey carried out that pointed out the extremely poor level of work and dangerous way things had been left, no effort has been made to rectify.

Absolutely do NOT touch this company. Neither the company nor the subcontractors he employs are MCS registered - an essential for getting paid for energy sent to the grid as well as for house insurance etc. After months of trying to get replies to numerous emails, phone calls and texts we have still not received any of the warranties for the installation or the goods installed. A second opinion on the installation highlighted major failings in both the solar panel works, including serious damage to the slate roof as well as poorly finished electrics. Nor was the inverter the hybrid version which we paid for. At considerable expense and inconvenience we have now had to employ another MCS registered company to redo most of the installation. We are now pursuing legal action.

Had solar panels and batteries fitted in 2020, they still haven't returned the 3 panels they were storing despite repeated requests. We suspect they have used them or lost them. No communication or replies to us or offer of compensation. At the time of fitting we were told they would shortly be registering for customers to get a feed in tariff with power companies...this has never happened.
