Used this company following a survey that identified Artex throughout my property that needing removing before we could begin work on our renovations. Met several ‘specialists’ to look at an asbestos issue in our house in Sheffield - some of whom tried to rip us off, claiming the asbestos was worse than what it was. Lee promptly met me at the house, gave me an honest opinion as to what it was, and explained exactly what they’d do to remove it if instructed.

Our particular asbestos issue was holding up our renovation. We got the asbestos tested straight away, confirming it was what Lee said it was, and Lee promptly arranged to get it removed at an agreed time and in the correct manner. His team, including Scott, turned up at the agreed time on a weekend, were polite and highly professional.

I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If you have an asbestos issue, get in touch with Lee, as the team at Cordtape know their stuff (they are one of the few licensed specialists in Sheffield) and won’t try and rip you off like others…
