When I contacted the firm initially their response was fast. The communication with them was excellent and the price and timing of the job was agreed. From posting about needing an electrician to the job being completed and signed off was one week. The tradesman who did the job was polite, informative and very efficient. He cleaned up after he was finished and explained everything he was doing for me. Would recommend this firm without hesitation

Great and speedy service, Nicola was great at handling our query and getting us booked in quickly, answering all our questions and advising on what was required. Darryl, the engineer, was very thorough, and he made sure our house was back to safety standards, and made us feel safe at home again having all the electrics checked and sorted. I contacted the company on Monday to arrange an electrics check. The following day an electrician came out and performed an inspection. Several issues were found on inspection that needed resolved in order to receive a satisfactory certificate. Ryan, and his team were very informative, both face to face, and via email. Less than a week later the team came out and resolved all of the issues identified.
Due to my partner and I’s circumstances we had a tight time frame in which we needed this actioned. Ryan, and his team were extremely prompt, and had this all actioned well within our time frame.
Ryan, and his employees were all extremely professional, and polite.
We will be using the company in the future and would highly recommend.

We cannot recommend EICR it electrical high enough. We were in a bind and needing a job done quite quickly. The receptionist and office staff were great on the phone and managed to get the guys out the same day. Both guys doing the job were very clear in what they were going to do and explained this. The work was done very efficiently, and looks great, with no mess left behind.

After struggling to find a reliable electrician since our last one retired, we are glad to have found our new go too spark.
