Shane & pete at Radix have been very helpful and supportive in getting us set up with all the equipment and ground screws we need. They are always very responsive and extremely helpful when I’ve emailed with any questions. We are very happy with the drill and equipment we purchased for installing the ground screws. We've worked with the team from Radix for some years now and always find them to be a fantastic asset to our business. Their knowledge and understanding of ground conditions and levels is amazing. Very poor experience

We used Radix for a while and were generally disappointed in both the level and the professionalism of the customer service.
in the end relationships were severed and we were left with expensive machinery that we purchased that remain broken despite Radix committing to mend.

We spent literally thousands and thousands of pounds with them and the attitude of some on the management to us was frankly baffling.

If you are looking for both driver and grounds screws solutions id suggest there are both better and cheaper solutions in what is not a complicated product generally imported from China.

When Reforesting Scotland were looking for a low-impact foundation solution for their Hut Of Wellbeing project, RADIX came up with the answer. A combination of 6 RADIX PRO Ground Screws and 10 RADIX Extendable Ground Screws allowed us to achieve a robust and level base for the project over the area of sloping ground and reach the load-bearing depths required. We cannot speak too highly of the company, the product and the team, they are without doubt exceptional, others on site who have chosen the 'No More Digging' solution would say the same.
