I needed some advice on repairing a SAGE bambino coffee machine, which has problems despite being only 18 months old. The advice from Darren at EsspressTech. Was incredibly professional, honest and knowledgeable . He knows coffee machines! - a brief insight into the manufacturer’s use of plastic inside domestic machines as opposed to solid metal used in commercial coffee machines explains a lot.

Darren knows what he can do and he also knows from working with SAGE Machines when one needs to return the machine to SAGE itself. He has saved me a lot of time, energy and money.

In addition, he is a ‘coffee enthusiast’ and I was delighted to listen to his advice on the way forward for my coffee making.
