Excellent ASHP and PV installer that I would have no hesitation for recommending. Stephen and family are clearly experts in this field, knowledgeable and professional throughout, from beginning to end. I was offered a competitive price for our installation of a 11.2kW ASHP and 6.4kW solar PV as replacement for a gas boiler. We had 4 quotes including large scale national installers, we do not regret for one minute selecting Ember, a family run business, but with huge experience. The install took three days for the ASHP and PV, Ember also fitted a range of products from myenergi for utilising the solar to charge the car and heat the water tank. These were all fitted and setup efficiently, such that on day 3 of the installation 7th Feb we were running the house, heating the water and charging our car - all on solar. A minor issue on the ASHP was quickly solved on a return visit. Our thanks to Stephen and his hard working and professional team.
