Never ever use this company. Joined not knowing they were previously BES. They're the world's worst, now we're trapped again.
Raise a complaint straight away to ombudsman. They're your only way out.

Absolutely shocking - refuse to setup a new account for me because the previous person didnt 'sign-off' from the property. Also I cant move to a decent supplier because I need to have an account first for a switch to someone else to work... which they wont give me. Grid--lock with no solution. This company are so, sooooo bad.

I am being asked to update a contact person page to pass security. Questions included date of birth and bank account number. You have neither on file to cross reference too! I was told to update the contact person info on my business account in order to assist me and you want my Name, Address, Date of Birth, Phone number and email address for me to query a bill that is estimated when I have a working smart meter. All the personal items needed to conduct online fraud!! REALLY? Major concern and think the ombudsman needs to know this!
Would be no starts but it won't let you post without at least 1
