A pointless company with an obessive attutude to bad service. First my recommendation is not to phone the 0800 number. The operative works slower than a sloth and is obessed about getting you to register on their system. A condesending and patronising wee lass who thinks she has some authority to be rude to customers asking for gas cylinder exchange.

Then when you try to go to the depot during advertised opepening hours, they are closed due to very few staff being their to help customers buy gas.

The people of Dumfries have to travel long distances to use this company at the expense of time and fuel.

Maybe it is time for Flowgas to start implimenting a much more efficient attitude and service to customers which has good business integrity rather than remain in business.

JD gas in Dumfries offers a better alternative.

Pointless and quite frankly rufw customer services.
It's a waste of time bringing logic to them as only their rules matter which the call handler themselves make up. Pray you get a good. Call handler when calling this place.
Gas was ordered , driver was meant to pick up cash. Cash is still waiting called to arrange it's pick up. Got a debt letter through the door and they are rude over the phone trying to push card payment when trying deal it.

I called before making the trip with my empty gas bottle and explained that I wanted to swap my blue macgas bottle for either propane or patio gas. Told no problem and advised to go go the shop in Dumfries. I went at about 1pm but despite the sign saying that they were open the gates were locked and nobody there. I phoned flogas again to be told that the only staff member was out on deliveries. Could I go back tomorrow - perhaps he would be there! I deciced to go to Calor

Visited depot twice, no one there.
Tried 0800 number several times failed to speak to a human.
Left several messages on mobile number no response.
Can only conclude that Flo Gas don't want our business.

Twice now I've turned up during normal opening hours and they've been 'out on deliveries', bunch of shitehawks.
