Iain and his team were brilliant. And can highly recommend. We were put in touch with Iain through heat geeks and the process was excellent.

We had a (properly sized) air source heat pump installed along with a hot water tank, new radiators and underfloor heating downstairs.

We are fairly handy so we did the bulk of the UFH which Iain was happy to accommodate and answered any question we had whilst we were installing.

Throughout the design and install process you feel you can trust Iain.

Would use again without a doubt.

Brilliant heat pump installation from Iain and his team. A big job, including replacing all the radiators and pipework and removing the old oil boiler and water tank. All completed really professionally in just 1 week. The system has been up and running for about six weeks now and has made our house so much warmer and more comfortable.

Iain and his team installed and commissioned a 5kw Vaillant heat pump, replaced our water tank for a more efficient one and replaced our gas hob with an induction hob. The main motivation was to remove gas from our property. They were very efficient and the major work was carried out to a high standard over a week. He answered all my questions knowledgably and we are more than happy with the end result and more comfortable with heat. Looking forward to winter for the real test.

Heat pump installation ( Vaillant 7KW ) was early April 2025 by Iain and Stevie. Very professional service. Explained everything and made it an easy process with minimal disruption despite being a major installation. It’s very quiet, you can hardly hear it when stood next to it outside. Iain and his team provided me with a first class professional service for the installation of a heat pump. At the start of the project I was provided with an outline of the steps involved, the likely time to completion, costs and was kept updated on progress throughout. The result has been a much improved hot water system and the heat pump is providing heat across the property in a much more consistent fashion than before. While overall running costs need to be considered over a full year the immediate impression is that electricity usage is similar to my previous experience but I am now saving on gas charges. Attention to detail extended to ensuring the house was tidied up before leaving every evening. A highly professional and competent organisation.
