Abysmal. They were the cheapest provider so that’s why I chose them but I regret it. A significant delay in setting up my account meant I incurred extra costs. So began over 3 months of battling to get it resolved. Weeks between emails and nonsense replies. Eventually I got some compensation but they don’t even abide by their own code of conduct for complaint handling. The consumer council is now involved. I’ll be moving elsewhere as soon as I can escape this contract. I’d even pay more to avoid this shambles of a provider.

I wish I read the reviews before I joined this devious company. It's a complete scam. They charged me €530 for 2 months while I did not live there and did not use electricity. Stay away from SSE by all means!!! Pity I have to give 1 star to this trash company

Worse than bad. I rejoined airtricity in 2023 after leaving it in 2018. I have a new account no but when I open my account all I see is my Dec 2018!!! Bill!?! All advice from customer service has NOT worked as the app refuses to let me change my email or change my password and keeps putting me back to 2018. Going through the website makes no difference. Really disgusted

Unfortunately can’t give no stars… AVOID - you are miss sold products then billed a higher amount. Asked about welcome credit to be told it wasn’t in the deal we signed up for even though it’s the whole reason we moved supplier !! Don’t waste your time moving to SSE electricity.

I would give no stars if I could! We have not had a correct gas bill since February, despite asking for one, every time one was sent it was grossly incorrect. We can't get through to them on the telephone and when we ask for them to call us, they fail to do so. I wish I could find the CEO's email address, he would surely be hearing from me. Absolute disgrace!

If I could give no star I would! SSE Airtricity - terrible customer service. Customer complaint process is a nonsense. Their business systems and processes are a joke. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! Avoid at all costs!!
