Really poor communication. I guess my £20,000 job is just too small for them as they never returned emails or calls. Very frustrating to deal with.

The staff sound so professional and freindly on the phone. But do they ever do what they say they are going to do? Nope.
Over the last 10 years of trying to do any sort of follow up customer care or getting parts from these folks has been a challenge.
Again this week filled out the contact form, I may aswell have put it in a bottle and chucked it off Cleethorpes pier.
It's all very well investing in any sort of renewable technology, but before doing so due diligence must be applied. Will the company still be there in 20 years time? Are spares readily available from other sources?
What is the customer service like?
I have tried to find spares from elsewhere but SD wind seem to have it stitched up.

Based on telephone manners. Polite but useless. Requested call back from sales manager she didn't bother. Requested to speak to a manager put me on hold for 45 minutes. I became bored well before that and hung up.
The young man who answered the phone had almost no charisma couldn't create a conversation he couldn't answer questions and I had the feeling he really didn't care less either way. The Irish branch on the other hand is much more likeable from the off...
Unfortunately they can't tread in each others toes so he said I have to use the Scottish branch. Yes you've guessed it - around in circles we go.
I want to buy 18 but alas due to lack of enthusiasm they get none - thinking of setting up a company in Ireland just to buy from the Irish branch.
