Not a great experience, cancelled on the morning they were due to install my ev charger siting a broken card reader to take payments, fine i know these things happen, but no contact to update me on when I am likely to get the job done, dodged a bullet I think

Swifftex failed to attend our first survey date, however they did attend when we rescheduled.
The system was installed at the price detailed on the quotation.
The system was installed on the date advised and the quality of workmanship was to a high standard.
All documentation was sent out a few days after the work was completed.
Swifftex cleared away all debris and waste generated.
With the exception of having to re-arrange a survey, we cannot fault the service received and would have no issues contacting them again if we were looking to have similar work carried out.

Not solar panels but ordinary domestic job. Very efficient, pleasant and tidy. Job took lot longer through no fault of their own and did not charge extra. Also fixed other small problem. Would highly recommend.

We had solar panels installed with battery back up. The on site team was quick to come up and did a fantastic job under difficult circumstances in atrocious weather!. The on site team was very responsive throughout and involved us in any alterations they had to make.
Unfortunately, the office was a bit less helpful with poor responses to emails and calls.
