Great service. Paul responded very quickly to my inquiry about an Ev charger and arranged a date and time to come out and look at everything and talk me through the process and explain the features on various different chargers. Very professional and quick. Booked an install date and Alan carried out the installation and again it was great, very professional and explained everything. Very happy with everything from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them.

From my initial contact and conversation with Paul the service was fantastic. Everything was explained thoroughly as to what was required and what would happen. A date was given for installation the next day and I was kept informed about the date and time the electrician would be arriving. Mark did the work. The cabling and the installation of the EV charger was very neat and tidy. Excellent work. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from first contact. Clearly very competent. The installer for our EV charger, Mark, did a great job and as he finished before we returned home he left paperwork annotated with all the information needed for us to set up the phone app. We had had a new electric meter installed by the electricity provider and the engineer failed to reconnect a sensor for our solar, Mark took care of that too!

This is a late review for work that was undertaken for me by PWS Electrical all the way back in June/July 2022. (Regrettably, I didn’t manage to leave a review at the time, as I had a lot of other things on my plate.)

I just wanted to say thank you for some very good quality work done by Paul’s team/colleagues.

Initial contact was via Paul, and it was polite, detailed, and very professional. As far as I am aware, he then set up the job, to be performed by his team.

The work was not as high-end as some of the work that features in PWS Electricals’s other reviews (or on their website), but Paul and his team *still* approached it in the same professional manner, which I was very grateful for.

The work was:

(1) A whole-flat socket and switches replacement job (which was comprised of 11 single-to-double socket conversions, 10 double socket replacements (without conversion), and 7 switch replacements).

(2) A new power distribution and circuit protection unit fitment job. (For context, the prior unit was a very old and out-of-date unit from the 1980s.)

I have attached some photos. In particular, I was very happy with the neat and tidy work done for the power distribution and circuit protection unit.

After fitment of the new sockets and switches, I had the surrounding walls tidied up by a painter and decorator with plastering skills.

Thanks very much for your hard work, Paul and colleagues.

I recommend PWS, and hope to contract with them again for higher-level / more extensive work.

PWS recently installed a chandelier in my home and the service provided was exceptional. The electrician that carried out the work was prompt, friendly and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect, including changing the height of the lighting fixture several times even though it was heavy and awkward to reposition, and offering to sweep up debris when finished. The communication from the team and the price of the service was also excellent. Can't recommend PWS highly enough and will definitely use them for any future work.

Our shops needed up to date EICR certification but we knew there would be work needed before we achieved satisfactory certification.
Contacted PWS and Paul responded quickly and was very helpful, as this wasn’t something we are knowledgeable in.
Paul and his team initially went out and inspected premises. We received a detail reports before and after the work was carried out. Our tenants all had good feedback when the work was carried out. Paul’s team were on time, tidy and pleasant.
Definitely recommend this company.

I’ve used PWS twice now - for fitting a new set of modern fire alarms and for fitting an extractor fan isolator switch. Both times they’ve been very responsive and communicative, easy to schedule an appointment, and the workers have been on time, friendly and diligent in the work they’ve done. Would highly recommend
