The attention to detail was exemplary. Any questions we had were answered and we did have a lot of questions. The attention we received during our decision making and also the aftercare was and still is excellent. Old tumble dryer died and we sought out a replacement from Hosies. Purchased one day delivered the next. Staff were great from start to finish, not pushy and offered good advice. Delivery guys installed the dryer and went over the controls. Excellent service throughout.

From first contact to a follow up call the whole service was excellent. On my first enquiry, Ailsa sent me very comprehensive information about the products and when finally got there Ailsa and Finlay took all the time needed to chat through features and help us decide. We purchased three new machines and found the price to be competitive and the service second to none. I was keen to use a business with their own installers after poor experiences with a well known department store. The guys wee friendly, efficient and very professional. Overall a great experience .

The girls were brilliant in the store. They had loads of information on products and were able to give advice on best energy efficiency and the types of dryers they offer. Delivery and installation included which is ideal. The projected yearly cost of running the machine was a real benefit in deciding between them. Many thanks for a great service.
