Professional and honest from the start. Booked in for a stove service and chimney sweep but was informed that the service wasn't required. They could have easily taken full payment and I would have been none the wiser. The chimney sweep was quick and there was no mess at all. Will definitely be booking again next year.

Had a wood burning stove installed. Very helpful from start to finish. The team that installed it inspired great confidence and also the other staff who advised us beforehand were also rock solid. Fantastic service from start to finish of our stove installation. Everyone that we dealt with from Alanah in the showroom right through to the installation guys where really professional, spotlessly clean in their work and very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault them. A great company to deal with and would highly recommend.

Whether I visit the garden centre or get my bio fuel delivered it always goes off without drama or fuss. Drivers are friendly and helpful, phone staff are knowledgeable and make ordering fuel a pleasant experience. Delivery is prompt and on time. A diamond amongst coal merchants

Had our old lodge's open fireplace replaced with a Charnwood stove, using Pearsons for the excavation/patching/install and supply of the stove - extremely happy with the service, from the initial site assessment, estimation process and actual building work. Quick to respond to queries via email and chat through bespoke requirements. Would highly recommend; this is exactly how all businesses should be run.

Didn't know about Pearsons being new to the area and new to log burning stoves. I was recommended them as suppliers of logs etc and have been very happy with the result. Clear accurate information from the admin staff and excellent delivery service all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended on my experience.

The Potting shed cafe.
Great café with friendly staff. Visited a few times now when out cycling. Great coffee and cakes. Savoury food too.
