Worst housing association ever, loads of faults, waiting for years to get repair.

I was reluctant to apply after reading all bad reviews but Im so happy that I did. I had to wait quite long but once I got the house the whole process was fast and smooth. Very friendly ladies talked me through the whole process. I had to ask for a few small repairs since and they were always dealth with quick and in a professional manner. Very happy tenant.

been with them for 2 years and what a nightmare they dont bother with repairs and when they do they bodge it, heaters not working for 2 years now leak on roof which has cause mould and yet no help avoid this housing association and spend your rent somewhere else as even getting the rent right is trouble for them since they cant even do simple maths. they gave us the rent quote we paid for a year then they said we owe over 400 pound as we were short with rent they misquoted because they cant divide by 12.

Update since 2 months have gone past still no heating in house children are freezing and water still leaks into house and mould on walls and still no repairs

the Mount Everest of ignorance , lack of professionalism and lack of interest.
I reported the repair of the roof which I secured against flooding the house, after two months I called asking when I can expect someone to repair my roof. after a long list of excuses I did get any information , even a general hint, when the repair will take place after the exchange of sentences with a very not nice lady she hung up on me . very professional !!! as I assumed another very strong wind came and my temporary repair flew to the sidewalk almost injuring my neighbor. After that, I notified the office that the roof is no longer secured and as a result the house may be flooded. the lady a little nicer this time Notice that and changed the repair status to urgent!
Someone showed up a few days later and repaired the roof, but only half of it !!!!!! . He left the part of the board ( my temporary repair) end fixt only bottom , instead of putting twenty tiles, they replaced only ten!
I ask what is the point of this, where is the logic in this procedure ?
I just have to wait for the remaining board to fall off the roof and my neighbour may not be so lucky this time! 👏👏👏👏👏👏

The company as a whole is a joke, waiting 1 year for them to fix a leaking sink that they just put in and they still haven't done that. Customer service is misleading and sometimes rude like its a big hassle for them.

All the good reviews are from staff and their friends don't be fooled 🙂

Worst landlord i've been with so far. this company is plagued with Severe maladministration and lacks any sense of due care for its tenants. i would say 100% to anyone offered a property by this company to AVOID AT ALL COSTS
