Workies arrived at 8am and started immediately. Safety signs placed and unloading began. We left as advised, not knowing what we would be coming back to, but our concerns were unfounded. Totally professional installation, excellent finish with no pipes showing, absolutely no mess with all radiators and pipes taken away. Pleasant and hard working tradesmen. Absolutely delighted with the work done on our property. Many thanks guys.

I would recommend TK Murray Renewables for their efficient installation of my Boiler and radiators.
The engineers arrived on time and contacted me when they were finished . On arriving back home they showed me how to set the programme for the heating to come on and how to override this when I wanted .
Both engineers were pleasant , helpful and tidy.
The surveyor had recommended a more efficient radiator for the Living room which has made such a difference to the warmth of the room.

If you have a choice do your research before you use TK Murray who installed an Heat Pump system in my property the install was ok until they replaced the floorboards and put a nail through the pipe and flooded my downstairs neighbour, soon after the install we started to have issues and their idea of a service call is a phone call from the Heating Manager who talks you through a reset, then the real problems started, I was calling them every few days with issues and like other customers have stated they cut you dead and never return your calls. (Update) after this review I got a call the following day to say the part required had now been ordered and the system has now been restored following a engineer call so only fair that I update the review and the rating , all customers just want a working system which we now have so all ends well for now.

Full central heating system replaced by a very competent team of gas engineers. Arrived on time, gave me a briefing of what to expect and safety advice . They set to work , full squad involved , neat and tidy workmen stripped out old system.and began full install.
No problems at all , team completed my job and cleared up ,fully commissioned central heating within target time . Clear operating advice and instruction given . Handed over paperwork ... signed over a neat and tidy job,professional service. By TK Murray.

Ross, Stuart and Aaron replaced my heating system today. They provided an outstanding service while installing the new system. They went above and beyond removing old sections that were no longer required. The attention to detail in the pipe work they fitted is extremely impressive. I’ve never seen pipe work as neat before.

They cleaned up once they were done leaving my property in the state they found it.

I would highly recommend using your services to anyone who is looking for heating/boiler install.

Installers cancelled the original date of installation and I had requested a day off from work, which created problems.
On the day of the installation, my carpet was taken off for wiring but I was not advised of this earlier and when it was put back on it was not correct so I now need to get new carpet, which would be required now anyways because installers never used any protection to cover the carpet area while they were working and went on it with dirty and mucky shoes without caring about it.
By the time they finished installation, they didn’t clean the mess, there were nails and dust scattered everywhere in the house.
I was left without hot water for entire weekend cause installation was done Friday and when they left they at 4.15 on Friday, they assured the hot water will work fine, no problem but they will send a plumber out on Monday to sort the booster for water tank. Turns out I had no hot water until an engineer came at late Monday as engineer only came at about 3.30 on Monday to fix it.
I would like to say amongst all this, the lady at the office was probably one of the most polite and helpful.
