I got several quotes for my work needing done, HP Energy was not only the cheapest, but also the quickest to respond to my messages. I got solar, UFH, hot water, batteries, and a heat pump. Great service from start to finish from Craig and Ian, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Our previous installers had let us down badly. The ground works were totally inadequate and not fit for purpose and various pieces of equipment, such as ducting for the cable, had not been ordered. Hp visited the site, gave a prompt quotation and were prepared to take on the half finished job. We cannot recommend then enough, professional, friendly and totally dedicated to sorting out our problem. This is a large installation of 36 panels and the ground works proved to be complicated and difficult. They never complained, put their shoulders to the wheel and got the job done without any fuss or drama. If you have to wait for these guys to come and do a job, wait. They are simply the best. Really happy with the solar system installed. It’s all working really well and has for quite some time.

I really appreciated that I was trying to cut corners and was advised against this (to the cost of the hp energy crew) …they seemed to be set on doing things properly just out of principle. Now it’s all installed I am so glad they went the extra mile to make it all tidy and extra secure. Panels and install look superb!

Our heating system broke down, all other providers were quoting 6+ weeks for installing but HP Energy were able to treat us as an emergency case and complete the installation in less than 4 weeks. Pricing was very competitive and everything was very clearly explained. Our install was slightly more complicated than expected, however, HP were very professional and put in the hours to get the work completed. The communication has been great and any post installation issues (mostly configuration) have been dealt with promptly. HP were recommended by a colleague and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering installing a renewable energy system. We will be using HP for ongoing maintenance of our system and are looking to make further installations to our house and we would not consider going with any other supplier.

In Feb/March this year, we had HP energy install a solar PV system + battery Storage as well as an upgrade of our ageing gas boiler to an ASHP. They designed a large solar PV system to suit our need with an EV and swapping of gas heating to the ASHP and this seems to be performing nicely and is already significantly reducing our reliance on grid power even in winter.
The heat pump is also working well with our house now warmer and cosier than it was with the old and deteriorating gas boiler.

When testing the electrical installation of the install it became apparent we had some pre-existing wiring faults in the kitchen from a previous shoddy kitchen install. Craig and Iain were excellent going above and beyond to pretty much re-wire our whole kitchen for a very reasonable cost.

Overall we are very happy with the standard of work and customer service.

HP Energy Ltd were professional, respectful, helpful, informative and efficient in their work, from my initial enquiry right through to the post installation follow-up visit. My house was being renovated and the decision to change my solid fuel heating system to a bespoke Ground Source Heat Pump was not easy for me. The installation was a challenge and took longer than expected but I would definately recommend this company to anyone considering renewable energy for their home. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable and very reassuring at all times. I now have a consistently warm house and a lovely blank canvas in my garden to design. 😊 Thank you.
