I made an appointment to over the phone for someone from the company to come out and provide us with a quote for underfloor and room in roof for insulation. However they didn’t turn up at the agreed time and did not get back to me when I left a message on their answerphone.

My house was on the market and I was advised by DMHall that the loft insulation may have to be removed and could be costly.
