Avoid. Got slapped with a £40 missed delivery charge. No call from the driver or company, nothing. Other companies are much so much better and do actually call and even come back to you later in the day before returning to the depot. Not customer focused at all.

Been using this company quite regular now never had a problem, I phoned up they always tell me five days delivery, but always delivered in 2 to 3 days. If I’m not in I’ll give them the code for my gate. They deliver the fuel lock all up behind them, leave an invoice I get straight back in touch with them when I get home to pay the bill so easy to deal with. Thank you, RDS fuel

Is this Tim Hinchcliffe fictitious? I've used RDS many times and never had a problem. Always on time and family drivers and office staff friendly and helpful. Only take money after delivery.

Sorry guys but I would not recommend you to even an enemy . I phoned last Monday as our house had run out of oil ( which we believe due to being a victim of our oil being stolen ) we have a young family . As a result we have no heating or hot water . Contacted you immediately, and you were quick to take my money off me at over £800 and then just haven’t turned up. You promised me Thursday night . Friday morning at latest . Received a text to say Monday . No explanation. I phoned again and got a false promise . Disgraceful . I will not use you again. . I will also tell all the areas on my face book groups this feedback too in the retford and Blyth areas
