I contacted Lùths about my ground source heating installation project on a recommendation after a previous bad experience with another supplier, which had left me with half-finished work and redundant equipment. Dan Gates was easy to communicate with, responded quickly to my initial questions, then came and spent a few hours doing a thorough appraisal of the situation. Lùths then promptly delivered a detailed study which gave me clear options. The cost was reasonable, especially given the amount of work and expertise involved.

In a relatively new – and still partially unregulated – field that can seem bewildering to the newcomer it was a relief to find someone so obviously knowledgeable and trustworthy . I'd recommend Lùths without hesitation.

I freely admit i can be a picky customer and nitpicker but credit where its due they were flexible with myself with project changing decisions (by myself i might add which held things up) and they were never awkward about it.
