Writing in addition to my son who will do his own review but this service was brilliant when my son had been left with no gas for 5 days due to a problem with his meter. My son has a lung issue so constantly breathing in cold air is not good for him and being left for 5 days no further ahead was diabolical.
He was getting nowhere trying to get his energy company to help him or get an engineer out. They were basically saying nothing we can do and constantly hanging up on him after saying they'd go and check something.
Staff member was called David and he had the problem fixed within a day! Absolutely outstanding and I have no doubt that this problem would not have been resolved yet if David hadn't helped. David kept to his promise and called when he said he would and got them to comply and do their job. Thankyou so much.

Excellent customer service from a team member who went the extra mile in communication following my request for an earlier delivery as we had run out of oil!!
He moved our delivery by a couple of days (which was appreciated) - he then called back having contacted the depot noting they had a delivery out with additional oil onboard and were able to make our emergency delivery - we will be warm for the weekend ahead - excellent service for a family with two working parents who are also juggling home schooling in these uncertain times

Absolutely excellent energy switching service, I had a fantastic experience with them. They can take your details, email you a comparison report, and manage your switchover if you decide to go with one. The staff are all really helpful and informative, I'm very impressed.

Yet again, part of the welfare "industry".

Referred to them for "help" reducing electricity bills. Informed my bill could be directly halved. Sounds too good to be true Yep. Made a follow up call to further investigate this, and was informed possibly a few pounds could come off per week, but not TEN.

Had I not checked this out, I would quickly have gone into debit.

I've said time and time again anything to do with welfare, or organisations dealing with perceived vulnerable clients needs the spotlight right over it.

They are life-savers! LIZ has taken over all the STRESS, WORRY IVE BEEN SUBJECTED 2 BY BRITISH GAS 4 MONTHS NOW! THEY ATTEND 2 EVERYTHING. STAFF ARE SO DEDICATED. Very patient
