Ignoring my emails and informing my bills is overdue - I am disputing the bill as I have been charged twice. The bill itself also says £0 is due and they're claiming a direct debit is not in place, which is not correct as they've charged me. Emailed twice, customer service replied but did not answer my enquiry - need sacking whoever replied to me! So so poor. Now wasting my time calling them, which I should not have to do!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Appreciate you reaching out - I look forward to you contacting me.
Without prejudice, I would note that I was ignored by Dyce for several weeks - though acknowledged within hours of posting a negative review on here - I will let people read into that what they will.
The elements of my complaints to you are only partially covered in your response here - presenting Dyce in the best possible light (that's your job I suppose) - yet disregarding key elements, that contradict Dyce's self-confessed 'slogans'/marketing claims.
However, to avoid boring readers of this review I will stop here. Hopefully when you get in touch we can sort some of this sorry mess out!

Only giving one star because zero isn’t an option!
Quite frankly the worst customer service imaginable from Jessica - refusing even to put the account in the correct name.
Failed process putting us onto a deemed contract - their practices are short sighted and shoddy - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Dealings with this Company have been way ahead of all competitors. Telephone calls are answered immediately by local people who have no language problems and are easy to understand. Thereafter one receives a quick resolvement to any queries.
Sad to say it is the service you would expect but so rarely get.

I phoned today as I had to reconcile Dyce account for one of our surgeries. It was easy only because Kate help me in very efficient and proactive way. She manage to update our account with a new email address, send missing invoices and statement of activities for my surgery. Thank you Kate
