They are working in Forfar at moment . The lack of Safety Rules breached up Scaffolding is Shocking and the mess made is something else . Gardens are being destroyed fences and the lack of covering the ground prior to using materials inc cements & Harling chip stones is shocking . A quick sweep is no use . Your company needs to clean the gardens rid them of Harling stones polystyrene cement lumps of paths etc as promised prior to leaving the area . Where are your clean up teams ? A quick dicht & wee sweep is nowhere near acceptable .

Avoid this company at all cost!

We had external insulation done on our house between may and august 2023. From start to finish the job was a joke. The quality of finish is horrific, the people we encounter were unprofessional and we are still waiting on the job to be completed/fixed. They damaged our fence by jumping over it , our slabs in the back garden are marked and loose due to poor prepping before work started. Our back window sill is completely off centre, we have a bulge about our front window, the finish below the window is shocking, our window joints are all cracking. We have contacted the company and been given the run around. One person says one thing, one person says another, no-one can give us a straight answer. We contributed financially towards the works due to being in a bought house. Money were are more or likely not going to get back.

Recently we had the insolation done on our house and I can only say it has been a nightmare from start to finish (still on going with the massive snag list) unfortunately it's through changeworks and we had no choice on the contractors. They were Rude, unprofessional, no one could speak English, site managers were unprofessional and had no customer service at all the list goes on. The workers have damaged our fences our sand stone paving and more. The time scale of the job was 6/8 weeks and it was more like 12 or 14 weeks. If you can you should
Avoid Sers at all costs.

Bad work quality much below standards, not recommended at all unless you want to provide free equipment storage for this company for minimum 9 weeks at your garden with lots of mess around when decided to do external wall insulation! Especially during a summer!

I'm an edinburgh council Tennant and my council decided to hire sers this year for work on my block of flats, since they have started my flat has been catastrophically flooded from damage that was done o the roof of the building from febuary to may and there had been major blockage in the toilet system and raw sewage has flooded my flat since the 18th of July the worker iv tried to ask about the situation just turn around and completely ignore any attempt at communicating and trying to get answers from my council is like trying to get blood out of a stone
