I contacted this company to help my elderly mum as all her electricity had gone off. They responded really quickly and came to assess the situation. Their communication was great and they informed me of every step by text.
The job ended up being quite complicated but all their engineers were polite, knowledgeable and worked very hard to get the job done.
My mum was very happy with their work and I felt confident every step of the way.

After responding to 2 emergency call outs in the last year, to which Electro Services responded within the hour, we chose them to install a new Consumer Unit. This was installed expertly and efficiently. The service was thorough and identified a couple of other ongoing problems which were then fixed too. Throughout the work Krzysztof and Marcin kept us informed of what was happening and took time to explain anything we didn’t fully understand.
Oh and they’re both really nice guys.
I would be happy to recommend them to anybody.

Since I started working in property management, I have been dealing with various contractors. Not being able to arrange PAT & EICR for some of our properties with our usual contractors I reached out to Electro Services as they were recommended to me.
From the very beginning I was impressed by the easiness of our communication. I appreciated the fact that I was sent all the quotations and T&C's beforehand, so we knew exactly what to expect. During the works, I was receiving regular updates on the progress with the photos attached.
One of the jobs required working late hours, also this time I was reminded about the higher hourly rate and asked if I was happy to proceed to have the work done on the day. All the required certificates were delivered within two days after the work was done.
I will certainly recommend Electro Services for their professionalism, dedication, quality of work, friendliness and transparent pricing.

Phoned to make an appointment to fix a light switch he wanted over £180 to do so. Complete chancer! Don’t recommend!! Stay well clear off him unless you want to be ripped off total cowboy!!!
